A plethora of young players with great technical ability coming through and a huge investment in training and coaching facilities with st George’s Park
Was Trevor the director of football with the ability to create a sustainable vision and philosophy for the future of football that West Ham were and still are crying out for?
Is he too old now or could he rebuild from the inside and bring back our identity?

He spent his whole career at the club, didn't just go to work elsewhere and pop in to play games. He obviously loves the club and doesn't want a ban for being outspoken etc.
Leave the man be, even if it looks how it does sometimes.

The man is not interested and who can blame him?.
Houdini could not help West ham especially when our Chairmen are so lousy and feckless at their job.
Sir Trevor loves West ham, but he is doing what he is happy doing, West ham would just make his arse hurt like never before and who wants the great man to have a constant arse ache? not me stay away and just come to games that is it, but if we get better chairmen who know what they are doing why not although knowing West ham he would still get an arse ache.

To be honest i met Sir Trev a couple of years ago and if I were him i would want a stress free life as possible. Lovely bloke but fear the mind is going a bit...
